Kimberley Gardens Function Centre
The rooms are simple yet beautiful. We were provided with FREE parking. A godsend for tourists. The rooms come with a blueray player in the living room and a built in dvd player for the bedroom. My only jive with the room was a queen bed in simply two double beds pressed together, it makes for an uncomfortable couples sleep. Overall its a solid 8/10 from me. Excellent and kind customer service with a beautiful and flush room.

Found it to be a pretty venue from first glance, but it's kind of old and dated decor doesnt do it any favours upon closer inspection. The staff are all wonderful, and the catering is decent.Also they have a nice fckn fish.Big fckn eyes, but a nice fckn fish.

I haven’t always enjoyed my meals at Kimberley Gardens and don’t like writing bad reviews. I’m glad I gave them another chance because they did a great job this time. I ordered my steak medium rare and they got it spot on. Based on the evenness of the colour I’d have to guess they used the sous vide cooking method and good on them, it worked. The veges and salad were good too.I have taken one star off because the service wasn’t crash hot. It was friendly but food deliveries were all over the place. Entrees came at different times, mains came before entrees were finished and drinks came after mains were finished. They were busy but they are always busy so there’s no excuse.

Signage was slightly difficult to spot from the road at night. Location on Google maps is wrong so don'tso don't follow it, type the actual address into google maps instead. Rooms were fine, bedding was very nice, the handmade soaps are a nice touch. Spacious bathroom with jacuzzi.

I have never written an online review of a restaurant before but this place is a joke.Where do I start?- It took them an hour to actually take our orders.- Waitstaff had zero idea about the menu.- Most of the mains were around the $50 mark, that's more expensive that Donovan's or Stokehouse for food that is at best 4/10.-Venue is completely outdated.- The specials menu was handed out on a cut up piece of paper.- The menus weren't removed from the tables and we had to eat on top of them.- Wrong orders brought out and instead of rectifying it, the waiter spent another five minutes explaining why there had been a mistake on his iPad putting the order through.- Everytime they brought a birthday cake out (I counted six times) they turned all the lights off in the venue.- No music.This is one of those places that cashes in on the Jewish community's desire to eat Kosher. Absolutely rubbish.

This place is an oasis 4 many reasons. There are weeks designated 4 particular holidays & fully catered. People come 4 city events. A tram line is a long block away. The rooms are comfortable & clean. The restaurant supervised in the high moderate range. There's an indoor swimming pool, oarking just outside & easy wheelchair access.

I stayed here for 6 days. On my last night I was walking back to my room with my friend when she noticed that my door was wide open and standing inside my room was a man. As I proceeded to come into my room (which I'll admit was a little bit messy but I had full intentions to clean it up before I checked out) the man starts to walk out and asked you guys gonna clean up here" as if I was a young child that needed discipline. He didn't identify himself until I asked him - as he's walking out -- who he was and what he was doing there. He told me that he was the hotel manager and he was going a random inspection... As someone who has spent A LOT of time in hotels I can neither say I have ever walked in on a random man standing in my hotel room nor have they ever randomly inspected my room. Their only excuse to this situation was that he "didn't think I would be there"... It's a hotel

We ordered take away for dinner Tuesday 12th of May 2020.I ordered Kung Pao Chicken and received what was clearly Satay chicken.My wife ordered the beef burger it was not cooked through and had an awful after taste possibly due to this. I tasted it and we didn't continue eating it.We had ordered childrens meals fish and chips but were charged for the main size for both children. Though the fish and chips were very tasty and the kids really liked them.Given the higher prices than kosher cafes like Falafel Mama and Daneli's Deli which are cheaper and much tastier overall we were very disappointed.

Location on Google maps was incorrect, so we were brought a few streets away trying to find the place. Best to use the actual address in the gps. The room was nice and clean, the bathroom was quite large and had a jacuzzi too.

Great restaurant, you'll always have great company whenever you go. Wide selection of items on the menu. Would be nice if the menu was updated a little more often.
