Called on a Friday to arrange delivery on a Monday. Order was sent on time with updates from the driver. All team members were pleasant to deal with and were able to offer good advice, so we got the products that best suited our needs at very reasonable pricing. I will be using them again in the future.

Since our first delivery three years ago, Jimel Transport has become our go to bulk landscape supplier, because of the friendly service their team provide. We ordered some turf which was amazing quality and was organised on their side super fast. We needed to order more and they had it cut and dropped off within 2 days of ordering. They also have great customer service and were great great deal with. Would recommend 100%.

Very professional ....I ordered premium mulch and the quality of the product was excellent. They also contacted me to discuss the best delivery time and went to great lengths to find the best place to deposit the mulch on the property. Upon delivery (as I wasn’t there) they send photos ....well done....A+ will definitely use the, again.

I highly recommend Jimmy and Jimel Transport and would use his services again. I had an urgent need for soil to be delivered to one of the Southern Moreton Bay Islands. Jimmy responded quickly to my inquiry soil, organised the soil at a competitive price, his staff called when approaching site and he worked in with other contractors in quite challenging access conditions. What stars Jimmy and the team are. We made a huge mistake in ordering the wrong size rock. Jimmy came to the rescue and took back the wrong size rock in exchange for the corrected size. A little pain shared by both of us in the additional labour costs but we ended with the right situation with Jimmy's assistance. Well done Jimel Transport for being understanding and finding a solution. We would recommend Jimel anytime.

Jimmy was an absolute gem , Russell island had run out of crusher dust and with one phone call he helped us out big time - supplied bags of dust and even organised bay island transport to bring it over, we had it here the next day. Great quality materials and generous measures. Fantastic service Thank you :)
