The most disrespectful and uninterested sales staff - almost to the point of being rude. I was about to buy jackets for the entire family but gave up after trying for just my husband. They do not make any effort to help you find the right size or color options. The guy giving us a death stare as if we’re disturbing his post lunch siesta, just standing there and saying nothing.And yes, we were the only customers in the entire sleepy store.

I was shopping with my baby at the store who was being a bit fussy. While I was at the checkout I was being served by a female staff who was friendly however another staff member (mid-aged male) standing next to her seemed irritated by my baby and asked the female staff to hurry up with my checkout process because and i quote “i just want to get over this (pointing at my baby)”.I didn’t say anything at that time but that was really offensive.If you cant deal with your customers (yes, sometimes they cry too) then you shouldn’t be in this job.Word of advice if you can’t tolerate a crying baby then just walk out of there for the moment rather than being rude and treating a customer like this please.Thanks

Kathmandu Hornsby is a top part of the chain and I really love this outlet.They are massive, they are well stocked, the staff are wonderful; and it's all well lit and a top place to shop.It's well located too, just off the food court at Westfield Hornsby.Great spot and LOVE THEIR WORK!

It is a nice store to purchase ready-to-wear clothes for all ages, and also at a reasonable price they have a good range of cloths for the winter.
