Alterations Express

Shocking service, the times are all over the place, operating hours are clearly said close at 5, they never do close as they say, always whenever they want to. Needed some pants to be urgently altered only to come 1.15h early before closing time to find them closed with a number of other customers stranded outside the place. No excuses why they close early or nothing. That's not how you operate a business given most of the customers are working people and need alterations done as a high priority!!!! Weekends are thr only times we can go and even then you never close on time!!!!

Went to get my dress altered and the women who serviced me treated me disgusting! I walked away immediately. Do not go to this place!!!

They don’t want to have hard job.Say no in rude way - blonde lady. thank God you rejected my work. I found good one!

Asked for alteration to a dress told me to come back in a week. Alteration had not been done told me to come back in another week!I was furious so she said she will bring it to my homeWhich she did.Asked me to return and offered me 20% off the already astronomical pricesWhen I need a top to be altered I decided to give them a chance again, they asked me to come back in a weekWhen I did she told me it wasn’t ready and to come back in an hourFurious I demanded my top back which I took to an alterations shop one level up which did in an hours and charged me lessVery poor customer service and I feel it’s very wrong to ask a customer to return and not have job done!I have used this service for many years but will definitely not returnNot worth the stress and unprofessional service

I stopped by in mid May 2022 to enquire about the adjustment (and price) to some jeans that I didn't have on me. Out of interest, I also asked if they were still connected with the same store on level 3. I was shocked by how very rude and abrupt the woman (with eastern Euro accent) attending to me was. I want to note that I have nothing against people based on where they are from, but I refer to the accent to identify the person. I was trying to be polite as usual, but she treated me as a nuisance and rushed me, asking me to step aside so she could serve the customer behind me. I was only 2 minutes making an enquiry. I almost never resort to it, but I couldn't help but to tell her that she did not need to be rude. I recall some years ago there was a nice guy there who was the husband of the lady in the store on level 3 near Myer. I will never go to this particular store again. They need to learn some basic customer service skills.

I would like to say don’t go to this shop. Customer service is rude never open shop on time. First they message you like your cloths are ready for pickup and when you come they says it’s not done yet. Have a extremely bad experience

Rude and way overpriced. Went to get a few pairs of trousers altered. Turned up to pick up the items the following day to be told she hadn’t started them yet and did I want a refund, because she didn’t need the stress?? I certainly would have if I wasn’t flying the following day. Should have read the reviews before bothering. Don’t recommend, plenty of other options locally.

Very poor customer service received by Irene (?), the European lady who took my order, to attach a new button.She didn't do the job, and a week later when I showed up to pick it up, told me to go have a coffee so she could do it.When I returned, she hadn't attached a new button, just put the old tiny button back on. Not what I asked for at all, not what's on the order slip/receipt. I'm not sure what she actually charged me for. No apology either.I used to go here regularly when the last owners were there, but quality of work and service has dropped significantly so I'll go to the other tailor in the centre.

This was my first time using this company.I went three times to collect my clothes, in times that their website stated they were open and every time they were closed. I rang and the lady was very polite and did her best to help. I dropped by a fourth time and they were open- yay! A different lady served me and she was incredibly rude.I was on the phone to my mother when I showed up at the dry cleaners. I could see a lady inside, I smiled a few times and gave little waves but she didn’t acknowledge me. I assumed she was busy so I waited.After a period of time I put my phone down and asked the lady if I could please pick up my dry cleaning. The lady didn’t come over to me, she essentially called out that she wouldn’t serve me until I was off the phone. I had to ask my mum to hold on and explain to the lady that I was off my phone before she would even walk over to the front counter to. provide me with my dry cleaning that was already paid in full. When she did finally walk over, she continued to be rude and unhelpful.I am very confident that the lady who helped me on the phone was also the person who took my dry cleaning. She was lovely. Thank you.
