This would be one of my favourite bnb’s, quiet clean modern well equipped kitchen, the property has a real country feel, listening to the sheep and the birds upon waking. Gold star Teresa and Nigel. Keep up the good work, what you have is special. X

STUDIO 22 - Retreat with Garden Views
Lovely tranquil space created by our hosts that is both private and comfortable. Not too far from central PL, ( we walked it comfortably ) yet away from suburbia, this is a great place to use as a base for your travels in this part of the world. Even comes with built in dog that is respectful of your privacy, yet will chase balls ( supplied ) for as long as you are willing.

STUDIO 22 - Retreat with Garden Views
Studio 22 blew us away as soon as we drove in. Just loved everything about it. Beautiful surroundings, comfy bed, spotless and had everything you need. We were even able to get eggs from the chooks yard for breakfast. Our hosts Teresa and Nigel were really nice. Definitely coming back if we ever can get a booking....very popular. We give it 10 out of 10.
