Great customer service. Toyota couldn't remove my Misses roof racks as she needed a special 'key'. Assisted in removing roof racks without issue. Definitely would be a return customer.

The service was terrible. We were asking about a water pump and the guy was condescending, impatient and just rude. Us: “We think it’s a 1.6” Him: “Or not.”We were also trying to buy a few things and no one would serve us. They all stood around and left us there. We left our items on the bench and walked right out.Disgusted. We won’t be back.
