Receiving a text message saying our driver was on his way, with the ability to use Google Maps to find his location was a positive off the bat. Our driver arrived at the hotel in Port Hedland 10 minutes before our scheduled pickup, which was even better (If you're not 10 minutes early

Love this company could never fault it what so ever.However lastweek I had to cancel an H Ride (because the lady I booked for had jumped in a taxi prior to pick up) the following day I booked another one. The driver called, asked if I was the person who canceled yesterday, I said yes. Not even a minute later whilst standing in the drive way, I checked the status & she cancelled my H-ride and said I was a 'no show'.Apart from that, great service, cars & awesome customer service.

I’ve just been cancelled on a job at 0314 I had booked a day in advance, I had a charter bus booked at 0330, there’s 3 taxi places in South Hedland and do you think you can get a taxi to come around at 0320 in 15 minutes.Unprofessional, careless and time waisting.Shame on you Hride and thanks for the mess around .

I booked a car to the airport whilst specifying I would use a cabcharge. They said they would contact me if the cabcharge couldn't be used. No contact was made. The driver arrived and said he had no machine for cabcharge. On the way to the airport I contacted their phone number and they kept putting me through to a number that didn't answer no matter how many times it rang. I had to call three times, got the typical It isn't my problem

This service sucked,the first time I called an extremely rude lady was being rude to me when i tried to tell her my pick up place. The second time I called I told them to meet me at my adress and it was twenty minutes when I called up and they said they couldn't find me. I then called again and gave them a very specific address and waited at the front in the heat for about forty minutes only to be met with yet more lies of 'they couldn't find me'. I actually had to walk a long 30 minutes in the heat because of this terrible service! Unbelievable!

Downloaded the app and pre booked a ride. No confirmation. Cancelled that and tried to book a ride for now. Nothing. Cancelled that and called a taxi. I like the app and the idea but I’m not sure if it’s even operating anymore. Last positive feedback was 7 mths ago so maybe it’s closed down???
