My crispy chicken noodle salad was definitely satisfying like I expected. Just after I ordered my food I waited more than 10mins which I knew it would only take a minute or something to prepare. I had to ask one of the staff how long away was my order. The girl then checked with kitchen realising kitchen staff forgot about it. Even though it’s a new outlet and I understand a new team takes time to work well together I was still let down by the service. Hope to see them improve will be back to try other dishes.

Was so excited for this place to open up because I used to go to the one in Sydney all the time, but unfortunately I was greatly disappointed not only in the food but in the customer service as well.Ordered 3 beef soups and one lemongrass beef baguette (which was sad and dry) to go and if I didn’t check the bag or watch them assemble it, I would have gone home without any broth! I actually had to remind them about it myself. The portions were uneven (one cup had A slice of beef, one had like 3 slices and the last one had more beef than noodles). Some of the coriander was rotten and when I asked for some hot sauce (which i saw were already pre-packed and ready to be put in takeaway orders) I received it while the manager/supervisor on duty stared at me with the nastiest look on her face as if I committed a crime!I know they just opened but I am already looking forward to new management & staff because right now the standard is extremely low.

I ordered raw beef vermicelli, but got rice eventually...Anyway, taste is not bad. I will order sweet potato chips next time.

Our second time here and we were extremely disappointed. We ordered the rice paper rolls (because we’d enjoyed them previously) but the fillings were appalling. All we got for our money was 99% noodles - (and the tiniest amount of chicken and avocado)which I consider a real rip off. I’m sorry, but I won’t be returning.

My partner and I had a meal here was delicious we also tryed there new desserts they were amazing would definitely recommend staff we happy and very polite and helpful

Just had a noodle salad and rice paper roll. Husband had the pho. It was delicious!! Clean tables and super nice guy at the counter. The only thing that needs improving is there is only one vegetarian rice paper roll option, would be nice to be able to choose from a few more even just avocado etc. All in all really good and yummy!!

Ok food, but terrible customer service. The young girl serving was interrupted 5 times whilst serving us to do other things/check on previous customers.Had to repeat the order multiple times and ended up with the wrong rolls as she kept forgetting what we ordered. 7 staff on at the time, most doing very little. Leaders needed to support but where actually making harder for the young girls rather than supporting. The Ban Mi wasn’t good either and not authentic at all. 3 different people touched through the process of it being made. Shame as other Roll’d establishments are alot better.

Anyone who claims that this place is good, is clearly a Viet Food Rooky! Pay attention to the reviews regarding poor food quality.It's embarrassing to even call this place Vietnamese and don't even bother ordering Rice Paper Rolls, they're practically just noodle rolls with a sliver of whatever filling you chose.$4.70 is not worth the poorly wrapped and bland tasting roll they're somehow proud of.

Rolls in the cabinets were nasty. Dry and hard. When we tried to return them and ask for fresh made ones, they refused. Test if the food was ok tho. Young girls serving had attitude

I asked the girl for the least spicy things in the menu and I can’t feel my face after having a few bites of the bahmi. Absolutely disgusting. The bread was stale. We literally chucked 35 dollars in the bin. Inedible. Get better. Seriously, TE RRI BLE
