A pregnant lady just fell over onto the road and is awaiting an ambulance, all due to this Centrelink's policy of making people wait in the heat despite clear alternatives evident. Anyway...Just tried to give feedback but the phone number made it too difficult so I'll review it here:1) you're made to wait outside in the blistering heat, with no shade available.2) for a few hundred they could put up shade but decided not to, apparently.3) line is usually 1 or 2 dozen long, taking about 10 minutes per 'customer'.4) not sure if the pregnant lady will sue the Government, I imagine the doctors will tell her if her baby was impacted. Luckily laws were changed recently that means she can certainly due if any harm comes to the baby. Not sure of she was injured but she was certainly dazed and confused (possible concussion).

Impressed. SAL NA-IM and SHARON give 5 stars at Campbelltown (Browne St). The service is very good, but some of the staff are no have service mind and not helpful. But overall it is considered passed.

They are really not professional.They took my application for Medicare renewal and sent it to the main head office.But after 21-days I called the main head office and they said we have not received your application.Even they didn’t accept there mistake.Without reading any documents, they said you bring the letter from AAT.But my case in FCC.I already have that letter.That’s Funny

Always professional, helpful, knowledgeable, willing to be of assistance, efficient. I would love to have them all on my team (I work for the state Government) . Not easy dealing with stuff they deal with daily, but they do it graciously and everyone’s a winner ( like in that song). I hope their managers are aware of the possibility of people-burnout and have strategies in place to prevent the burnout. Otherwise, there is no point in making your own people miserable so customers in need can keep their lives together. Wishing you luck. I am sure we will talk some more, a lot more about the linkages and the attitudes that see different human services (medical care, housing, eligibility for different support payments) as an entitlement and get frustrated with public servants who are dedicated to their calling.

Rubbish service. Every time I rang the customer service line, they were unable to take my call. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of service.
