Second trip to Jennis for my griffon bruxellios for her groom. My little girl is very Timid personality which would make it harder for grooming and jenni has been able to groom her beautifully in the style I had requested and make her feel so fresh with a summer cut! Price is very reasonable, highly recommend.

Jenni is fantastic! So kind, patient and caring. Has no trouble with my hyperactive naughty girl Dixie, who is wary of many people. I recommend Jenni to everyone who asks for a local groomer.

I hate doing reviews especially unhappy ones.Jenni is a lovely person but l was disappointed in my baby's grooming result .Price wise was reasonable but the outcome of his groom was shabby and the end result was the worst we have experienced .Maybe she was just having a bad day.In response Jenny to your comment Archie does have regular baths l take him to Pet Barn and other self serve ones .He is a well looked after baby His fur grows really quickly he was possibly 3 weeks overdue from his last clip which l had done at a groomers at Capalaba .trying to find a groomer over this side was difficult. I read your reviews and yes they were good that's why l chose you .You missed doing all of one paws toenails which you noticed as l was leaving and did do and made him Yelp. Then l had to request you move more fur from around his bottom area. Which you did and rightly so.thank you.

Absolutely lovely lady

Jenni groomed my 15yo Lhasa Apso a few times. He was deaf and untrusting of new people. Jenni was patient and allowed extra time for him to walk around the salon to familiarise himself. Jenni did the groom exactly as I asked. My boy liked Jenni and was never nervous when I left him with her.
