Absolute horrible system. Zero customer support and the system is full of bugs. My SOH levels have been incorrect since November 2021 yet Cin7 cant fix the problem. They used to have phone support but removed that. Email support tickets are never responded to. Live chat is either not available or the person talking says they cannot help and someone will get back to you which never happens. I wish I could give it zero stars. Avoid Cin7 at all costs.

Have been using CIN7 for almost 10 years.Great product with a lot of features and reasonably priced. Reason for low raring is that the support is woeful. If you can actually get someone to resend then they are very professional and offer great support - the challenge is to get someone to respond.Tickets stay open for months, you have to chase and chase and chase.If you rang in continuously eventually you would get someone - they have now stopped incoming calls.Chat is offline more than online.Sending a ticket in - is just a void.Hopefully they improve as the product is very good.

One of the worst systems and companies I have ever had to use. They never respond to customer service issues, the constant glitches and issue with connecting to online stores and lack of response to these issues is appalling. Our stock levels are always incorrect, the systems is basic and flawed. Would never recommend anyone to use Cin7. They will take your money and leave you to figure it out yourself. THE WORST!

Stock levels shown by the system are constantly wrong. Over a year now with a bug that keep throwing out the SOH numbers. Customer support is atrocious. One support ticket took 6 months for them to respond to. When they eventually respond they say the have fixed the issues but then a few weeks later it happens again. They are constantly putting up their prices on their already expensive flawed system. Fix your system Cin7!

If I could give no stars I would. We are a small business. We have two ecomm retail sites plus 1 b2b/wholesale site, all working off one main inventory. We were using an inventory order management software that cost a third of Cin7 but they've left the Australasian market. Cin7 is 20 times more complicated to use and doesn't do anything easily. We are live with Cin7 for over 6 months now and if I took an average of how long it takes support staff to get back to tickets, it would be never. We have chronic issues now with paid invoices from our ecomm sites suddenly applying GST once they appear in Cin7 which means the reconciliation is impossible when the invoice makes it to the accounting system. We took 900 orders over the weekend so you can imagine the disaster this is. Nevermind that the stock is not updating fast enough (6 minutes between two orders placed for the one item and it allowed it to oversell, ticket lodged two weeks ago about it, no response and Black Friday is coming up....). Then there is the issue of not recognising paid orders from your websites. So you have to mark every individual order as paid yourself before completing a reconciliation. It's beyond ridiculous the manual intervention that Cin7 requires. And there is no way of knowing an easier way because their Help articles are so hard to search for or are out of date or don't yet exist, and you get absolutely no response from live chat, email, support tickets or the phone. Majority of our issues could not be tested for prior to going live, and everything else was promised to get easier after we had time to learn the system. How do you learn a system when the support staff can't help. If we never had an inventory order management system prior to this, we'd probably assume we needed to spend 10s of thousands putting in a workable solution, but we know it's possible to do it for less than Cin7 charge so it's incredibly disappointing at how bad it is.

Best experience I've had! Having the Cin7 Academy with videos you can follow along with, really helped in making implementation a breeze. Special mention to William my Implementation Specialists, who assisted in scheduling and completing all due tasks, meetings and the nitty gritty. 10/10 would recommend.

The worst experience I've ever had with a tech company. Still no working system despite paying monthly subscription fees for the last 7 months. Customer service is a new level of horrendous.

Think the product is great for small businesses looking to grow however the customer support is at zero assistance, If I knew this prior I would have just found another platform. The onboarding team are great but after that If something goes wrong you're on your own. I waited 4 months for someone to contact me back after submitting a help request, thank goodness I spent hours trying to fix it myself because it was a serious disruption to my business.Awful support

The product can be very helpful if set up properly. If not, do not expect any help from CIN7 in fixing your issues. You will have to learn the entire system yourself of pay $200 an hour for an expert outside of CIN7 to help your properly. The customer service and sales team has been possible the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. For the last 3 weeks in a row we have been plagued by response time spike issues" which have stopped us from being able to complete any transactions for up to 30-40 mins at a time.On top of this

Good Product, but the worst customer service ever. No one responds and support staff are undertrained. A lot of the articles/videos are also outdated as screens are different.I lodged a support email on the 30th June and still no response 20 days later.Thanks for your support request (00450017). It’s being reviewed by our support team".......Would not recommend the product based purely on the service response time."
