I visit this library every fortnight with my daughters. The library is well maintained and the staffs are keeping a high Standard service thru out. My family always feels comfortable and inclusive every time we visit. Highly recommended.

Attended story time for the first time with my very shy daughter. Michelle (sorry if I got the name wrong) was so great, my daughter started answering which she never did. She had so much fun. Thank you!

Very rude asian/chinese staff took one of the screens/covers abruptly while i was studying.Did'nt even put up a sign saying that there was a meeting or the study rooms were occupied.Very unprofessional on her part.

There is one staff (asian). She is really very rude. I was bringing some food for me. She told me i can't do it and can't eat food inside the library. I told her i have seen several people are still eating. Other staff checked it and they found out that i was telling true. Still she didn't let me eat and keep telling me, i have to eat it on outside.

The best part of the library is the water facility and no vending machine which is not only helpful to the visitors but also to the environment. However, pleaceful study is not a good idea. There's always bunch of students involved in talking loud, people on the phone or video chat, kids running around. But, no one there to say anything to them or do anything about it. Study rooms are also open spaces, so not really a quiet place. Disappointing in this regard.

Great library with helpful staff, however opening times for the weekends are limited which is sad because weekends are generally the times where Uni and high school students can catch up with work at the library.
