Great service - customer and mechanical. Very transparent and systematic in their approach. Love being able to see the list of identified optional works - the communication is also reliable. Well worth going to this centre

I took my vehicle to Subaru Artarmon Service centre- to fix some creaking noise from the front 2 seats but issue is still not fixed after all the drama below.Never take your vehicle to Subaru Artarmon service centre, as they didnt inform me about the charge and sent the invoice to my fleet company for approval for 1 hr labour- when I picked up the vehicle the Guy told me it is for 2 hours - so no consistency between 1 hr order raised with fleet company vs telling me it was for 2hours.When I complained about their customer service and also for not notifying me about the potential charges, then the staff made comments with attitude that if you wont approve this invoice then we will put note in our system that you get charged for every single issue you bring to our attention- I felt like getting threatened - Raised the concern with their senior management and still unhappy with their service.I am too cencerned to take my vehicle there again and would recommened you to use other subaru dealership over Artarmon.Thank you and good luck subaru owners.

Subaru Artarmon service team are outstanding at communication with a really positive interested service approach. The attention to detail to understand the service requirements and my expectations were clearly collected by the front office staff so that the Impreza Hatchback could be checked and worked on by the mechanics with details that were well understood. I appreciated the interest and knowledge shared by the front office staff as I dropped off the car to help me plan for options that may be offered for the service once the diagnosis was complete. Overall the quality of the service was excellent with a great mechanic, plus the customer experience allowed me confidence that the work to be done was appropriate and the fees were assessed to offer me options for cost savings.Well done team

Very happy with the service. The service advisors were all very courteous and friendly. I was kept well informed on the repairs and progress. Due to the age of my car - nearly 10yrs - I did have a bit of work done but it was worth it as it is now driving fantastic. Feels like a new car again!

My first servicing ever with Subaru and they did an amazing job. Could've put a bit more effort in cleaning the outside of the car but no worries :)

My Forester is as always, serviced to my complete satisfaction. Your Reception staff are to be commended, particularly Megan, who do their utmost to make my visit a most pleasant experience. The work done following my regular 6 monthly service, ie replacement of the A/c compressor under extended warranty, was carried out expeditiously and competently. I took my Subaru XV for a repair on the 9th of June and was absolutely impressed with the service I received from the minute I arrived until the minute I picked up my car. The team at Subaru service Artarmon are extremely professional courteous and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to return for future services and/ or repairs. A special shout-out to Megan who made the whole experience so pleasant and easy. Megan greeted me on a chilly morning at 8:30 a.m. with a big smile and was engaged throughout the whole experience. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and care.Recently my Outback suffered quite a serious fault - unusual and unexpected for a 4.5 year old well maintained otherwise reliable car. These things happen, I guess.As disappointing as that was, the customer care I received here at Subaru Artarmon certainly softened the blow and maintained my faith in the Subaru brand.My vehicle was repaired a lot sooner than expected and its great to have 'Dizzy' back on the road where she belongs- ready for the next family road trip!For the duration of the repair, I was provided with a loan car which I hugely appreciated.Thanks to the team at Subaru Artarmon. Online booking easy. Smooth experience to drop the car in, and pick up. 15 min walk to St Leonards station. Notified of pickup by SMS. Staff really helpful. Location is down long driveway, not right on road, but entrance marked by flag.
