great pick up service

Purchased 190m2 of 14/3mm “Eternity” Engineered Timber, however when it arrived the box had 14/2mm written on it! The company told me it was an error with the packaging printing, however when I measured it it was clearly 2mm! NFD argued that I wasn’t measuring it correctly but I had other companies samples that measured 3mm just fine. NFD wouldn’t offer any change of price and made me pay for the freight when I asked to return the material.

Flooring from National Floors Direct is such an easy process! What I like to say-quick and painless. The price is very reasonable and the installers were detail-oriented, cleaned up the area and the install was done pretty quick. NFD hybrid floorboards below. Andrew attended my property and is claiming all my boards are lifting due to my newly built house slab being out. No slab is perfectly even but I find it hard to believe the slab is the issue for the boards lifting throughout my WHOLE house especially since the building inspector checked the slab and gave it a green tick. Hybrid flooring is suppose to be really good. When you google hybrid flooring this is what comes up. “As long as your installation surface is relatively flat, you can install hybrid flooring over almost anything.” Beware of NFD faulty products!!!!!!Andrew also took 2 bits of my beading off to check to see if the installation was done correctly and obviously didn’t put it back on properly as every time I vacuum it comes away from the wall. Thank you Andrew!I have been provided with a certificate of completion from a building inspector that has no mention of a slab issue, which I believe is more accurate then a report done by a floorboard manufacturer rep. You provided 2 photos of the slab being out except there’s no explanation as to why all 4 bedrooms, the WIR, hallway, dining, kitchen and lounge room are all lifting. I’ve got an email from the retailer explaining to myself that it’s a faulty floorboard. Happy to add the email on here.Hi Andrew just thought I’d give you an update on the faulty floorboard supplied by your company. I had an expert assessor come to the property who confirmed it was a faulty floorboard. It’s taken me a year and a half and cost me more money to resolve my flooring issue which is under warranty…..I’ve made sure when getting new quotes from flooring companies to get the floor redone that it’s not a NFD product.
