Very helpful and friendly staff

I needed a replacement filter insert to my return air. From the moment I called, the interaction with Metalflex was pleasant. I took my return air filter to Metalflex Thomastown the following day. Aaron was extremely helpful swapping his duties on the forklift with the gentleman on counter to assist. This is a fiddly job as I was to soon witness. The tool that made the job a little easier had disappeared from Multiflex. At no time did Aaron seem phased by this. We agreed I would come back the next day to pick up my completed return air filter. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Aaron who immediately handed over the completed job. I have been in Customer Service for thirty plus years and Aaron is definitely an employee any employer should be happy to have on their customer service team. Thank you Aaron!
