My family and I cannot be happier with Shalini from everyday independence. From the moment she took on my sons case it has been nothing short of amazing. Shalini has been so extremely accommodating to my sons needs but also ours as a whole family. Working with us and his educators to achieve his goals. We are extremely saddened by the news that Shalini is leaving and hope that anyone who now picks up my sons profile will be as caring but also full of knowledge as she.

My adult sister suffers from schizophrenia & other intellect disabilities; specifically general anxiety & separation anxiety disorders. Living under COVID-19 restrictions has heightened her already agitated frame of mind to the point where the family struggle to reason with her. Fortunately Everyday Independence introduced us to a compassionate & insightful Occupational Therapist, Morgan, who my sister responded positively to (this is not typical behaviour from her as she is always fearful.)Morgan is calm when confronted with agitation, patient when confronted with confusion & wise when presented with problems. In one specific instance my sister was canceling all her supports as she was refusing help & Morgan had the experience & intuition to attend the session anyway. It resulted in a productive outcome indicating Morgan has a true sense of what was behind my sister’s rebellion & addressed the source of her frustration.I feel my sister is in the most thoughtful and expert hands with Morgan from Everyday Independence.

Our son has been visited by Amy who has been amazing in assisting him with his speech and giving him confidence to speak much more clearly and engage in conversation with other people. We are so happy with his progress so far and know he will gain much more confidence as the sessions continue. Thanks Amy for all your help we appreciate it.

My child has been with Everyday Independence for about 2 years. I highly recommend this service. He uses the speech with Mikayla Tonna and OT service with Morgan Jackson, with the help of these two ladies working together he has achieved so much! During Covid his sessions have been via zoom, and they have not reduced in anyway. I only see him achieving more and more. Thank you ladies for your hard work.

Morgan has helped my son so much. She is a pleasure to work with and he looks forward to their sessions. Morgan has truly been an advocate for my boy and helped him achieve what he once thought was unachievable.

Mikayla has been great right from the start. Always on the ball and eager to find the right answers for me. So likeable too. Mikayla comes highly recommended by me.

Excellent service from Alison, one of your therapists located in Albury, who went out of her way late Friday evening to schedule in an appointment for one of our clients.She sent through all the paperwork before close of business which allowed us the opportunity to ensure our client will receive the service needed.Thank you again Alison for all your support and assistance and scheduling an appointment at such late notice :)
