We were looking a dog bed and found a suitable one online as we live really close we thought we would go in and collect it as it was in stock. We got directed outside which we found really strange. We were looking and couldn’t seem to find it so we went and asked again apparently they were in the stage of redirecting items and what we were looking for was in aisle 32. we couldn’t get though because it was blocked of they kindly let us in to find what we were looking for but not the right ones we were looking for. Not my best experience try better next time Bunnings.

Only 1 service manned till. Had to wait a while to be served. Lots of staff floating around not doing much and not sure what the point if the greeting staff is????

Just a shambles, I have to come here a lot due to location and it is hopeless, staff in the timber area just stand there and watch, there’s always stuff in the isles in the way.Worst Bunnings I’ve ever been too!
