Male chauvinistic run business. As a staff member, prepare to be belittled & bullied; continuously chastised for their mistakes at not properly training you. As a customer, they tear you down behind your back for having money and frequently up charge you. If you’re looking for Drycleaning, I highly suggest you look elsewhere.

Brought in 2 items to be dry cleaned on the Thursday before a long weekend. Was told that they could turn them around by the Friday but to be mindful that they closed at 4 pm. I was there before 4 pm on the Friday but my garments weren’t ready! To top if off, when I finally picked them up they actually looked like they weren’t even cleaned -still marks on cuffs and collars!

This placed ruined my fur. They still charged me and said I could contact them about repair solutions but have ignored my multiple attempts of contact. Disappointing and I won’t be using them again. Considering filing a claim with ACCC

Not much else to say than: I dropped my stuff off in a locker, set up an account in 2 minutes of standing there and then picked it all up a few days later.No complaints here, a great service for those who can't always be available during business hours.

DO NOT GO HERE!This is the second time they have ruined an expensive piece of clothing. This time a $200 shirt came back with black stains all over it. Arrogant and unhelpful. They don’t even answer their phone.

Master Dry Cleaners are friendly and timely service.These guys are great, we left some cash in a garment and money was returned in a pouch attached to items at pick up. Honest, reliable, friendly staff. 100% recommend. I find mens business shirts are well cared for and would continue to take shirts. I All our items are well cared for, staff members are personable and care about their customers Kitty and Fiona are very helpful.
