Just want to do a shout out for VanGo Caravan Services; had an issue with the Engel while up the Sunny Coast. This guy is almost falling asleep standing up. Terrible service with zero communication skills. Charged and told me they fixed my awning and pump problems only to come home and find it still not fixed. Won't even return a phone call to try resolve it. Makes you wonder if they did anything to a high standard or with any integrity in their service" package. Take your money some where else."

Guys at van go are awesome went out of there way to help my wife get emergency part for our awning, also did a really neat job on repairs a couple of months ago when it got demaged previously will definitely recommend and I'm sure since I rent my van out I'll be seeing them again I'm sure

Dometic need to review this place as an authorized repairer. Booked my van in to have the cooling unit replaced on my fridge (under warranty). I received a call 2 and a half hours after dropping it off, to be told that they couldn’t get the fridge out. They have never had this problem, and to come and get my van. Said it was an installation issue. His problem was more centered around the fact he was not getting paid for the 2 and a half hours he had “wasted” on not being able to remove the fridge. Damage to a screw point by elongating the hole, and tried to cover it up with plumbing tape on the cover. Absolutely no customer service, this place would leave you high and dry in a heart beat. Will not use or recommend for anything RV.
