Being a long term local, I suffer from “surfers neck” as a result of hyper extension of upper back and tight shoulders neck from too much paddling.Regular deep massage at CTM has had amazing results for me. Excellent customer service and a great remedial massage. Small business, friendly and well run. I was in Coolangatta on a short holiday and this was a nice way to relax for an hour while having the many kinks ironed out of my body. The masseuse was very skilled and knowledgeable. She also asked for feedback on my comfort etc regularly.

I saw Jay for a 45 minute massage for migraine, neck pain and back ache.Jay chatted with me first about my job and lifestyle so that she could tailor her treatment and provide guidance for me in my day to day life.The massage was amazing. Absolutely zero complaints. I walked out feeling like I was walking on a cloud. My head felt light (in a good way) instead of tense. My shoulders felt relieved.I completely recommend Jay.

Customer service was excellent, hot stone massage was nice, time time it was a bit noisy (you could hear the customers entering the store talking or some of them talking in the next massage space) because there are no actual private rooms with walls just curtains. Overall it was a nice experience, 4 stars.

I had an amazing massage by Tom. She constantly checked that the pressure was right whilst giving me such a relaxing massage. I was very tense in my shoulders but she completely massaged it out!The ladies were so lovely, definitely will be coming back again
