Sent me packing after a 2minute consult" and told me to remove my cast (applied by an amazing silver chain nurse) in two days after I presented having fallen from a 4 metre ladder with severe wrist pain. Didn't even so much as give a cursory inspection. Thankfully I disregarded his poor advice and went to ED a few days later. Further imagery was recommended and revealed a major mid radius fracture. Had I followed his neglectful advice I likely would have required surgery. Avoid at all costs."

The best medical centre

Called to ask whether the doctors would see me. They booked in a phone appointment but because I had Covid symptoms they could not assist me until I received a negative PCR. This was a 4 minute phone call and the doctor proceeded to bill a full $85 for the appointment which he did absolutely nothing. Surely the staff booking the appointment could have advised off this? Taking advantage of patrons
