Lovely place with great service. Giving it 5* bcos they allow ANY flavor to be made into milk shake! It’s a huge serve of more than 2 scoops of ice cream and we love the dark chocolate sorbet. It’s so hard to find places that serves dark chocolate milkshake!Will be perfect If they allow tasting but to me, that is not a deal breaker!

Many varieties for your selection. Ordered a single cone rum and raisin. Taste good, it would be perfect if the rum was a tad more / stronger.

Ice cream flavours here aren’t necessarily the most exciting (though there is an extensive variety), but the friendly service by staff more than make up for it!

Staff are so nice. Service was lighting fast, even when very busy and served with a smile. The ice cream selection was huge and so delicious. We got strawberry and salted caramel. Exceptional!!

We were hanging for a sorbet, and popped into the Milk Shack, there was a great selection so were confused about the ‘No tasting’ practice, never experienced this in my 52 years of ice-cream eating. My daughter did not like either of her choices which resulted from not being able to sample it first. $7 cup ended up in the bin, very disappointing, won’t be back ☹️

Disappointed that there were no tastings, especially since the point of a creamery that offers lots of flavours begs for trying something different. I ended up with Irish Cream which was a massive disappointment so I wouldn't have chosen had I had a taste. If the problem is people take many tastings then only choose a single, have the customer pay first, and limit a single to just one tasting.
