Since taking up BalletFit a year ago my lower back pain has vanished! My Osteo said she has never seen by back and hip alignment look better and my core strength has improved dramatically. I'm hooked!

I have been taking virtual lessons with Umberto and Laura and attending meetings. I want to say that because of all the planning and time they put in to ensure the lessons are a great value during this time.Shows how professional and passionate they are with their students. Laura and Umbi (Umberto) are so skilled in what they do and are among the best teachers on the planet. Everyone in this dancing family are so warm and welcoming it helps creates a safe space for your dancing to thrive.I can honestly say that since I had my first lesson with them, I have improved astronomically. I have become so much more confident in my dancing in ways that I didn’t know I could.I really can’t recommend GetFitDance enough!!

Had a informative lesson in American smooth 1.2.19 dancing with teacher Umberto and other students. The lesson was very entertaing and a lot of fun.
