Ferrex lawnmower wont start pump fuel excessively and it kicks and just blows smoke...Called Warranty and get answering service..They said Warranty will call back. Missed Text message but no missed Call registered on phone....Turning into a disaster...Lost time equals Commercial lien...Never let women throw out Old lawnmowers or tools get a male second opinion... Mother threw out working 30 yr old 21 inch Briggs and Stratton lawnmower when i was away and replaced it with a Ferrex Chinese no reputation 18 month old lemon...

Aldi have gone to $h!t, can't call store to see if an item is in stock after visiting the Edmondson Park store for the past 3 weeks and item is not in stock. Can't afford to waste time just to see if item is in stock.And yes I jumped on your stock checker online and you never had this item in store, yet I look at the website and it's still in your range.I wish you all the best, I guess you get what you pay for!

The shelves are always empty . Can’t get most of the stuff I used to. Very unorganised empty boxes every where. Prices are ridiculous. I rather go to coles. Always have great specials

Seriously Aldi. Have you even taken notice of all the complaints just on Google alone? You’re charging prices up there with the other major companies - have been for ages - yet you have no customer service?I came here for a different reason: price tags defacing my purchases that can’t be removed without damaging my purchase. Why? Who thought this is the best idea, to deface products such as books, place mats and much more, with price stickers that can’t be removed easily enough. I give books as gifts but spend ages trying to carefully remove the price tag. I don’t want to do that nor do I have the time to do that. Please consider fixing this problem. Thank you.

Attempting to either email or God forbid phone ALDI, TOTALLY PATETHIC. Yes, the bargains and that centre aisle are great in store, but contacting ALDI head office for anything? as I said earlier TOTALLY PATHETIC & what's more, totally unacceptable. God help those who are not computer literate. ALDI YOU NEED TO IMPROVE THIS!!

Can you please bring back the six packs of milk ? It is far too heavy for me to lift the 12..............otherwise it's diving around to unpack six from the big boxes for me, as I am moderately disabled. It was so easy to to go through the checkout, with the operators scanning in the trolley, in stead of individual items. When you reopen my new store at East Maitland, could you please consider bring back the six packs, ? Many thanks

There is no customer service centre! No one to call and ask questions. No one to call and complain!! Everything is online and in some cases outdated! I found a special buy product using check stock availability online, it shows In Stock and green colour in a far Aldi Store that I had to drive 45min to reach for the employee to tell me it was sold out yesterday and system was not updated! How in the world I would know? Aldi tells me to check online and when you do, you driver there and you can’t find it, can’t call in prior to double check and can’t call to check other stores availability and can’t even call to complain.This is so inconvenient.

Absolutely NO after sales service.I bought a spa for $500!!! Thinking it was good value compared to others and when it stopped working ie heating or functioning in any way!!!after 2 months there Was NO support ,no advice and no interest in helping me.I recommend that no one buy from them with the belief it is good value.It’s NOT.It was a complete waste of $500.Once they have your money they’re not interested in your purchase.Shame on you ALDI.

Following correspondence I have learned that ALDI only sells wildlife safe fruit tree netting 5mm x 5mm at full stretch and that unsafe green" net was most probably purchased at a local $2.00 store.
