The best spot ever for watching sunset! Quite place, If i own a house nearby here, absolutely will come down to the beach everyday! If you are staying a night at port arthur, highly recommended to come here around 5pm and watch the sunset!I’m sure you can see galaxy milky way from here at night.

Heaven. Needs more toilets-garbage bins and visitor facilities-picnic tables and shade. Shame there are always Ute's and jet skis parked on the beach itself. There are 2 jetties at either end of beach.

Day spent well. Nice to walk around and swim during summer, I repeat again only in summer. Ohh over winter, it’s so cold.

Gorgeous sand beach! Water is cold like most places in Tasmania. Quite shallow and still when we were there. Beautiful sunset and had the opportunity to see huge Skate(think that’s what they’re called) from the jetty.

Absolutely stunning and remote beaches. There was no one on the beach, the water was a bit chilly!! White beaches and crystal blue water...a very relaxing location and you could see so many stars at night!! Was probably the most relaxing area of our trip...though beware because of the remoteness there were spiders and mozzies!Alsounique was the way that there were mountains and trees just 5metres from the beach! A definite wow!
