Went in to get some help regarding my Medicare card, updating my bank account and change my name as i'd recently married. Was served by the lovely Sue who was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me. This lady needs a pay rise!

Useless, I try to talk to somebody for help and it just gives me the wrong information and then hangs up you need to have a actual person to talk too and that will actually be helpful

This is the third time that I had to pop in to this branch and walked out with no solution as the customer service and staff are very rude and treat every one the way they get treated by all those junkies in Wallsend. This branch is absolutely triable and each time I promise to not go back ever again. Feel so sorry for people who live close by and have to visit this office each instance.
