Growth Gyms Avoca, what can I say the staff here have gone above and beyond for myself and every member to ensure the most amazing experience since opening!!! The emotional support that comes and happiness the guys show from the moment you step in the door is beyond any expectation!! Offering mind and body transformations, classes and beauty service's and massage already and continue to improve services on a daily basis, this is like no other gym you will experience!! My own personal experience has been life changing thanks to these guys, saving me from a life threatening health condition and helping me to totally change my mindset and now pursue my own career in fitness to help others as they have for me. Come and see just how amazing the boys are, they will change your life too!!

This gym is the absolute best. Always so clean and tidy. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is unmatched. I am always greeted by name with a huge smile. I am always asked how my day was and how I am. Zak is so much fun and so encouraging. I have had PT sessions with Adam who I have found to be extremely supportive and motivating. He has created workouts specifically for me and I now feel confident in going to the gym alone. Thank you guys for the best customer service ever!!

What an amazing gym, the staff are incredible. Always welcoming and make everyone training feel comfortable, you walk in there and Zak and the team always greet you with the biggest smile and always ask how your day has been, definitely by far the best gym in Bundaberg they treat everyone like family. Have to give a lot of credit to my PT Adam, he has helped me come a long way and he is always encouraging and positive during our sessions

I cannot express how amazing the guys are at Growth Gyms Avoca. All of them are so welcoming whenever you walk into the gym even if their with a client they will always say hello and ask how you are. They make you feel like family. There’s never a dull day there. It’s like you’ve known them for ages because they create a great bond with every client! My PT (Adam) is amazing! The equipment and atmosphere is insane!! 100% recommend Growth Gyms Avoca. You won’t be disappointed!

Great community friendly gym and excellent customer service from all the staff. I have never had the urge to rate a gym before however this gym definitely deserves it. Quality equipment, quality bathrooms and quality staff.
