Excellent and professional service from the B2B group. From the start, I felt very comfortable with this group - the management was engaged, friendly and forward and followed up with me throughout the process.The team was on time, prompt and thorough and my unit came out perfectly and was sparkling by the end!! After the cleaning service the manager sent through photos to both the agent and myself as verification to the agent. I also trusted the ladies to lock up as that was the last time i would be in my unit.I'm so happy to have used the B2B service.I will definitely recommend them and look forward to working with them in the future!

I contacted the b2b Cleaning Group team to organise a vacate clean for my apartment. I was blown away by the professional service and ease to organise.The staff arrived early, were courteous, asked all the right questions and were very efficient.Long story short, my landlord said that the place was cleaner than when I had moved in - happily returned my bond and a bottle of champagne!Highly recommend!

I arranged for my oven to be cleaned. My order confirmation had the incorrect address displayed. I rang and clarified this. On the day the cleaning was booked no one showed up and I was not given an notification. An afternoon waiting at home for nothing.

This should have been 5 stars. The team did an amazing job cleaning. The house was spotless.Though we thought it was best not to walk over the carpet and inspect the property, considering they had just finished cleaning it and didn’t want to make it dirty. Only when the real estate was checking the house was there an issue.We called up on a Saturday and sent and email with the cleaning group. With a promise over the phone, as we did not get a response via email. That we would get a call back Monday. Still waiting for that call. Only been a week.

Went with B2B cleaning for my end of the lease cleaning , wanting no headache or trouble i went with them even though they were the most expensive by far expecting a professional and efficient job .As a result the team was 35mn late ( knowing that my property is 40mn driving from there place so obviously not traffic jam issues but the team was late ) barely apologize and also forgot to clean a window which I had to fix myself as I was tired of waiting for answer to my emails .I will definitely not contact them again and not give their contact to any friends.RegardsAlex
