My go to place for Korean rice paper rolls. I am obsessed with the spicy dipping sauce! The food here is authentic and the service is top notch. Since the pandemic, there has been a slight price increase and the menu does not offer a variety as it used to.

The pigs feet was so generous and the seafood pancake was extra crispy. The kimchi was too sour for my taste

It is very nice restaurant with fresh ans great foods and impeccable service. Foods are always fresh and yummy!Owner of the restaurant and lady who mainly serves are both very friendly and kind. I love their vegan and vegetarian options.

Fresh, healthy, and delicious Korean/Vietnamese food at a reasonable price point. One of my favourite hidden-gem restaurants in Sydney. Thanks to the friendly owner and manager.

Great atmosphere and highly recommended the Korean rice paper rolls. Platter full of vegetables to create your own rice paper roll. I can imagine what eating in South Korea would look like here.

Walnam Ssam Restaurant
Came here for rice paper rolls with a group of my friends. They were delicious! The ingredients were fresh and the service was great. We paid about $30 per person and the ingredients plus refills were more than enough. Would definitely recommend this place and we’ll be coming back the next time the craving hits!

Wow this establishment doesn’t even have an obvious english sign which is always a good sign (pardon the pun) as it probably caters to Koreans primarily.The no frills interior is like one you’d find in a small diner in the suburbs of Korea.Menus thankfully had English on them. We ordered the goat stew (which I’ve never seen in a Korean restaurant before), spicy squid and some dumplings.Everything tasted like it was home cooked. The stew was delicious with lots of meat that was very tender. The squid was also very good. Dumplings looked like they were home made.Prices were decent. Especially the goat stew ($15). I recommend this establishment.

Walnam ssam is yummy here. Haven't tried anything else yet but will definitely be back. The veggies are so fresh and the service is really good!
