We used this firm for years purely because it is a pain to change over at the time because of personal reasons. They were unresponsive and did not do the job they were paid to do. We have just changed accountants and they informed us that our SMSF is a mess and things we specifically paid for them to do wasn't done. Yesterday we received a letter from the tax office to say we hadn't filed a tax reurn. Appalling service, would recommend a shopping centre H&R Block over them!
