Theo and the team run a great professional practice.Theo is great at unpacking your bodies mechanics and working on the right areas to get you moving free again, his sporting history also helps him understand what is being explained to him. Personally playing soccer into my 40s he keeps me aligned and able to still get around the pitch pain free.Highly recommend seeing Theo and the team if anything stopping you being as mobile as you want to be!
