I've rented a Lucra property for nearly 3 years and dealing with their property managers hasn't been easy until Carolyn took over. She has been amazing , she acts promptly to all my queries and complaints. If anyone were to rent a Lucra property, I can assure you will be taken care of properly by Carolyn and Renee!

We've been renting a property through Lucra for more than seven years and have had great service from Kirk and his team. Recently we had our heating break down and new Lucra Property Manager, Renee, was right on the case for us and arranged for repairs to be done as quickly as possible. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Lucra to anyone.

The team at Lucra have been managing our property for about 7 years and are always very professional and quick to act when things change. Recently we had tenants give notice to vacate at the end of their lease... within a week Caz had already shown someone through our property (without advertising so saving us $$) and has locked in a new tenant a month before the current tenants move out. Another great result and would highly recommend Lucra to anyone looking for an agent to manage their investment property!

My experience with Lucra Real Estate was A++. Caz and Renee were very thorough and attentive. They went above and beyond when i was looking for a rental property in the Mernda area. Such responsiveness and dedication was given so much so i was given a wonderful chat with Renee when i enquired for a property, we chatted for 45 minutes. Both Renee and Caz offered me amazing advice and really gave me a huge sense of trust and openness. On our inspection day Caz greeted my family with a huge smile and happily walked us through the property, with amazing clarity and honesty. After the application was submitted we had constant communication and personal attentiveness. although we didnt end up using Lucra Real Estate to find our forever home, I feel like its my duty as a customer to inform anyone who may need help or information about the outstanding and attentive work carried out by Caz and Renee. I sincerely hope we cross paths again in the future, because i know as a tenant or buyer Lucra would have my best interest at heart. Would recommend in a heart beat.

I have been renting through Lucra for almost 2 years now. My partner and I were first time renters and kept getting knocked back, from multiple REs, due to this. Renee and Carolyn have been so pleasant to deal with. They treat us with respect and are so friendly and happy to help out in anyway that they can. I refer Lucra to my investment property clients and do so for good reason. They look after my personal properties in both Qld and Vic very very well. I get great communication and I know they Vet potential tenants to avoid problems down the track. They are strong on inspections and keeping tenants to a standard plus they work in my best interest to get best quotes for any maintenance issues.Trouble free motoring for my properties is what I want!
