Terrible service from the lady I got in particular.Was very rushed. My toe nails were cut on an angle and when I asked for them to be fixed, some were files down to point it was painful, others left crooked.Foot scrub/skin removal was barely done, and when I asked for her todo it properly, ONE of my feet were scrubbed for 5 more seconds.Nail polished was applied to thick and unevenly.Then when she could tell how unhappy I was, I was rushed out.I have gone here many many times before without an issue, but after today I will never return. I spent good money (they change more than anywhere in the centre) for very poor service.

worst experience. One tech called Emily was really impatient and rude. I’ve been told there will be another coat of different color after the base color, but not really in the end. No one wants to waste the time to redo the color if you explained it well.! Worst customer service

I got my nails done on Thursday afternoon and my pinky nail has already fallen off. The nail polish has actually chipped in several places too. I’ve heard it’s a good place, the lady’s are lovely but really disappointed with the nails. Also, I told the lady that I think she did the nails too far from my cuticle but she did not fix it up, so now they look outgrown quickly . Also now because of quarantine I can’t even go back! I don’t think I’ll be coming back again. Extremely unsatisfied customer.

Very happy with my nails! The nail tech I had was great and paid attention to detail! Always happy with Professionails service, as the acrylic nails do last me more than weeks without failure :)

I have been a customer here for many years, But Today, the Nail tech put the wrong colour on my nails, when I said that’s not the colour, she got aggressive” even though I said I would be happy for her to put the right colour over the top. She read the number upside down!!! I still said nothing as I didn’t want to walk out with red nails. Another tech took over an apologise for her. This is the first bad review I have ever done.

The worst experience did the most rushed job and didn’t even ask me how I’d like my nails . Fair enough I had to pay for the worst service but to have the lady doing my nails cut my finger. My finger has been aching all day and I’m just praying that it doesn’t get infected.When mentioning to the lady upon paying didn’t even receive an apology which is the absolute bare minimum !!
