Spacious room with comfortable beds and enough kitchen items to make a small meal. Decor is older but room is very clean. Huge choice of restaurants within walking distance, as well as an IGA.

Well situated in Como approx 15 mins from city centre (not peak hour traffic) and very close to local restaurants, bar etc. Accommodation was spotless, big rooms with retro tiling in the bathroom. If you're a light sleeper then avoid rooms 39 / 40 because there's a noisy fan outside that cranked up at approx 5am...ask for a room further away from reception.

Easy,friendly check in, clean rooms, had ironing board, NO iron, could have told us upon check in,but able to get one from reception

Quite close to Perth CBD. Not elaborate, but clean and cosy. Very close to restaurants, cafes, golf courses, and supermarkets. It's extremely easy to walk along to the Swan River!

Very comfortable place to stay. Always stay here when coming to the city. Quiet area with lots of restaurants especially Como Di Lago and Imperial court, great Italian and Chinese food. Also the Karalee pub up the road.

Very nice small hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Kitchen area is well equipped and with fridge and microwave. Free internet. Car park. Highly recommended.

This has become our new home away from home in the city. Great choice of rooms, usually can always find a secure parking spot and its location is brilliant. 24hr reception is also extremely handy!

I cannot fault them.Service is great, reception is always friendly. Rooms are always clean. The special features I like is the balcony, nice size kitchen.
