Payal and all her staff are really lovely and dedicated. This is the 3rd time I’m coming to do my keratin treatment here and I’m always happy! They even use a couple of staff members to finish my treatment faster so I can pick up my baby on time and finish all my work and life activities. They also sell the keratin shampoo and conditioner, love them!

This is very bat beauty parlour that I have done my keratin treatment. Even 2 month it doesn’t work . Please do not go anyone over here. I have very bad experience. Dear management, if you don’t have skill and right things to do customer expectations please learn something before . Don’t waste money from blindly trusting customer.

VERY VERY RUDE! WHEN I ENTERED, THE LADY MADE THAT FACE AS IF SHE DIDN'T WANT ANYONE TO COME. And she was so rough on me while doing my eyebrows and upperlip as if she was pouring all her anger on me. I have been there before and the same lady with same anger told me to come the next day. Also when i was paying at the counter another customer was coming in and that lady whispered smthn and banged the drawer at the counter. Very shocked with this behaviour. never going again. I mean its not one and only shop in that area. Just because its nearer to train station i went there but for a good service i would walk 5 mins instead.

went for the basic hair cut at 5:30 pm. But the lady over the counter talking on the phone seems so confusing, denied the service saying it’s closing time while it clearly states in the website you close at 7pm 7 days a week. Like, why are you even open for if you denying the service. No wonder, why there’s so many bad reviews and the shop is empty most of the time.

There are myriads of negative reviews about this saloon. I did have bad experience with the previous management but now Payal is managing everything perfectly. I believe she is one of the nicest ladies i have ever met. I would reckon this place. Usually i go there for my eyebrows threading and i must say Megha is so professional. I love her service. Another amazing lady is Sabina.❤❤❤

I did my hair colour today. I really love the way the care my hair. I did full bleach my hair without any damage. Even now they have service of Henna eyebrows i used to travel to Hurstville to get henna but i dont need to travel anymore now. Megha D is best. Thank you Luza team ♥️

I went to luza beauty last Monday for my hair colour, the way they treat me and my friend was really awful, I don't recommend any of you to go there who don't know how to treat customers and listen what they really want. It was one of the worst experiences I ever had.
