Hilltops Cycling

I cannot recommend Hilltops Cycling highly enough. Andrew and the entire crew are friendly, and great at what they do.We did a tour around the 3 major towns in the area - Boorowa, Young and Harden. This was a longer tour of around 140km (shorter options are available). The riding was amazing, quiet roads, yellow fields of canola, and wineries!! The tour of the historic monastery was an absolute highlight. What a beautiful part of the world.The tour ran so smoothly, we had a support vehicle at all times. We only spent minimum time on busy roads. Andrew’s focus on a positive safe experience really shone through. At each stop, the locals were warm and welcoming and everything was ran smoothly.

We had a cracking day riding around the hilltops region, Andrew did an outstanding job coordinating the tour, stops were simple, well catered and timely. Food was excellent, a top notch bacon and egg breakfast and stunning lunch at the winery.Bought some wine which was carried back in the support vehicle, which followed us all day and keep us safe, although not much traffic to speak of in any case, which is the perks of this area :)Communication with Andrew was great, the locals were friendly, and the terrain was awesome on the bike rolling hills and flat sections made for an awesome ride in the region!Thanks again and would recommend!

It's riding, it's country, it's people, it's the vibe, yup mainly it's the vibe! Cheese puts on an amazing experience. Have ridden down there with him twice now, I will be returning for many more years to come. Love it.

To accommodate the needs and expectations of a bunch of riders from Sydney can be a complex undertaking. Andrew and his team (call it the whole town) were experts in balancing the variables across the weekend. Where to stay, where to ride, what to eat and drink are all factors that Andrew considers carefully and accurately according to the group’s desires. He’s there front and centre when required and allows space when necessary. The perfect equilibrium for a riding trip. This isn’t a business with a model to cash in on tourists with bikes. This is a town that gets cycling and wants to show off its appeal to people who love to ride!
