We had a tremendous experience with The Moissanite Co. My lovely Mia had designed her dream ring after discovering their Instagram and was just set on getting one custom made. So after some inspiration and free zoom consultation with Makayla she design her engagement ring from scratch and I purchased and received the ring without Mia knowing. Then a couple weeks later after a beautiful day in Bowral I popped the question and she absolutely adored the ring! From every step of the journey Makayla and her team were sensational in every aspect and there customer service was great. From their email response time to delivery of the ring and even the packaging of the ring itself showed the level of detail they put into every part of their business. I love The Moissanite Company! I chose to go through the custom design process as I found an engagement ring design I loved from a jeweller overseas. The consult process was great, they listened to everything I wanted and crafted the ring exactly to my liking. Throughout the CAD process there was changes I wanted to make and they did them without issue, even though I thought it was a hassle they were nothing but supportive and helpful with this. They called me to discuss and confirm exactly what I wanted and my ring turned out perfectly. Even with the changes to the design, my ring was ready within 6 weeks. I will definitely be returning to TMC when it’s time to get my wedding band. Cannot fault the team, they were amazing throughout the entire process.
