Ordered some soil over the long weekend and was delivered promptly to keep my weekend jobs moving. Very happy with the service and product.

What wonderful helpful staff. I asked a lot of questions to get the right produce I needed . They even worked out the correct amount I needed and very little waste. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. Well done .

Great service. Good prices and quality. Best garden soil I've ever seen. Kylie was very pleasant to deal with up front and Phil, the delivery chap did an excellent job.

Very happy with everything. Service was great, the lady I talked to was very helpful and showed me a display of the different products they offered. Delivery was quick and was very good value for money. Will definitely use again in near future . Very pleased with the crushed limestone I got-makes the side of my house look much nicer!

Best people, best service, best products at a fantastic price. We have been using them for our whole house reno- front and back yard, pool, pool area, my gardens etc, and similar at my daughter’s place. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks to the guys and girls there.

NOT recommended. Rude, ignorant and very unprofessional. We purchased soil for the backyard and mulch for the front. Mulch was dropped and no dramas. Dirt was driven in and dropped. The driver drove over freshly laid storm drains (when he was told not to) and then all down the front of our yard (when he was told not to- it was wet down the hill) and put deep track marks all they way to the front road. He drove down apologising all they way as it was causing damage and then he got bogged. He was told not to drive that way - but he did anyway as he said he couldn’t turn. I pulled his truck out of the bog with my car as the other driver had left. Worst part was when I did call them to say what had happened they were not apologetic at all. Instead blamed me for not telling the driver to reverse in!? I’m not a truck driver - who am I to tell him what to do? He could have gotten out of the truck for himself to check if he could turn.No assistance offered to repair the damage. Just yelling down the phone at me. The lady actually put me on speaker so I had herself and the driver yelling at me at the same time “you should have told me to reverse etc”Not once did they offer to help. I did say I’d be happy to fix ourself but we would need at least 2 tonnes of dirt to fill the holes.No email or call from the owner who was away at the time when we asked to speak to him/her.I’ve never seen the dash cam footage as you’ve never provided it before. I’d love to see it. There will be footage of my plumber who had just finished putting in the drain telling the driver to get the truck off the new drains. He’s the one who told me take a photo of what he was doing as it was not right.You’ll hear the driving asking me if he can drive down the hill and me telling him no, because it’s too boggy especially near the box on the lawn. He had to drive that way anyway because he couldn’t turn, which is why I had to pull him out and why our whole yard was dug up.Feel free to call me and I’ll pass on my email so you can send me all the footage.Maybe during the call you can try and rectify the damage?

What a great group of people to buy from! Expert and friendly advice and service, and a wide range of products for the garden. After ordering garden mulch, I saw this lovely Buddha and naturally I had to have him in my new garden. Koby and Blake went out of their way to deliver it, at no extra cost, after their work day ended, all with the blessing of the owner. I can't recommend this company highly enough. I've had a really positive experience with them in every way.

Highly recommend this company for excellent service. From the moment that my husband and I walked into the office, we were greeted with a very warm friendly customer service from Kylie. We explained what we intended to do with a new garden and we were given expert advise. We phoned them the following day after measuring the area and again, given accurate advice from Koby. Our delivery arrived that same day by a very polite and friendly driver.
