Paisley Park Early Learning Centre Chadstone

I am so happy that Miaka is the lead educator in my daughter’s room this year. Of all the lead educators we have worked with, she is by far the best one. She creates a development plan for the kids, so I know the focus areas for my daughter. She also makes sure she spends time with each kid to build trust with them. You can tell that she really cares about the kids and their development.Teaming up with the wonderful Malki, whom my daughter absolutely adores and has been looking after her since day 1 at Paisley Park, my daughter is definitely happier and chattier these days. I’m so impressed with the amount of skills she has learned.Thank you both and all the other educators for looking after my daughter.And chef Marco, who always provides beautiful and healthy food for the children. Thank you for incorporating different varieties and cuisines everyday.

I wanted to share the wonderful experience we have had over the 2 or so years we have attended paisley park Hughesdale. I want to give a special mention to lead educator Claudia who has been a key factor in the development and overall well being of my son. She has played a big role in who he is today and we couldn’t be more thankful for her. She will be dearly missed!!!Also Chef Marco has been the best centre cook!

Unfortunately, our time with PP took a nose dive. After initially having a great experience when the centre was at a lower occupancy, they have seemed to take on so many new additions and not keeping up with staffing. We had a change of director and staff coming and going in our six months.After raising concerns around safety to management, they said they would look into this and make change but nothing ever really changed. Ratios in the morning were often out and staff just seemed to be spread thin. I was left constantly worried during the day and always late to work while I waited for the ratios to pick up with staff arrivals in the morning.Our interaction with the owners was horrible and post these chats, we no longer wished we had chosen this daycare chain. Our values do not match.We have since moved on.My advice is not to get sucked in with the bells and whistles they show you, and the shiny new centres, look for a steady environment and community vibe.Update: Post this review the centre has called and asked me to remove my review. I feel the above is fair representation of my experience. I only hope to help you with the big choice you have of where to place your children.

My daughter started at Paisley Park Chadstone at the beginning of February. Prior to that we did many transition sessions to ensure my daughter (and we!) were comfortable and happy. The centre director, Kanika and assistant director Toula are very friendly, helpful and have a lovely manner with the children and families.We love the caring nature of the educators in the Mozart Room. Our lead educators Chloe and Sulo, are absolutely brilliant. They are always smiling, friendly, happy to answer any questions, provide feedback and just engage with us parents. My daughter loves Chloe and Sulo and they make us feel so comfortable leaving our daughter at the centre.I really like that there are many other regular educators that work in the room too. This provides a variety of faces and interactions whilst still maintaining a consistent and familiar educators at the centre.The chef, Marco, provides delicious meals and even a morning treat alongside a tea in the morning for parents to take away with them.I visited many childcare centers in the area and I’m so glad we chose Paisley Park Chadstone.Our educators make the decision a great one for our daughter.

My son has been attending this centre for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier. We moved him here from another local centre and we're very happy with our decision. The facilities are top notch, kids have an amazing outdoor and indoor play area and the centre chef Marco does an absolutely fabulous job cooking up nutritious meals for the kids and breakfast and treats for us parents too from time to time!The centre director Kanika is extremely personable and approachable and manages the centre very well, organising numerous events throughout the year to bring the community together.The educators are so loving, they look after my son like their own. Special shout out to his current room leader Claudia, an absolute gem of a person, so so caring! Lottie, Amandya, Sulo, Miaka, Amna, everyone goes above and beyond to look after the kids here. I highly recommend this centre.

My son has been attending Paisley Park at Chadstone for about a year. Almost 3 now and I’m so glad I sent him because he has learnt so much and really blossomed with the help of the other children and the care of the wonderful staff. They have a secure safety system which puts my mind at ease. They have the most amazing menu by chef Marco who is an asset to Paisley with his positive and welcoming personality and really does his best for the kids and parents. The staff is super warm and friendly with the kids and parents. They do their best to really attend to all the children and give every situation the time to really solve any little kids stressed issues from toilet needs to needed cuddles. I’m really going to miss them all and I’m so grateful for the care my little boy has had with all his wonderful experiences.

My daughter has been going to Paisley Park now for over a year. She is loving the educators as they are so welcoming and caring. I love how my daughter is introduced to delicious food and new ingredients made by the Chef in house Marco. His Italian background gives that extra love and taste in his meals!! I also enjoy looking at the photos on KindyHub and the daily reflections that show us parents, what our children have been up to for the whole day. The languages that the educators also offer the children during the day is amazing. My daughter came the other day saying the colors in Italian, thanks to educator Claudia and saying words in Mandarin too, thanks to Jocelin and Miaka!There is a fantastic group of educators there, parents will be thrilled!
