Beautiful flowers!I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mum for Mother’s Day and she loves them! Easy and amazing service, they sent several photos of where they left the flowers and updates as to where they were while being delivered. Highly recommend. This is the second time I’ve used Hello Blooms when an occasion has come up out of the blue where I wanted to show my support via a flower delivery and wasn’t able to plan in advance like I usually would. Incredibly easy purchasing process, was sent a tracking link and provided with photos on delivery. Quick, easy and made the receiver smile during a hard time. 10/10

Beautiful flowers and beautiful service!I have been ordering a weekly subscription for the last 4 months now and I am extremely happy with both the floral arrangements and the customer service. Even the smallest bunches are always beautiful and they always last 1-2 weeks minimum. All the arrangements are very good value and i am also in a free delivery zone - bonus!I have also ordered some of the bigger bunches as gifts, and of course they have all been so beautifully arranged, and the team were able to help with vases when required also.I've just upgraded to two bunches a week for my weekly subscription so i have one for the office as well. There was a slight issue in that the second bunch did not arrive today ( i think i updated the subscription a bit late!), but the team sent the second bunch out the same afternoon, even though i would have been fine to wait till next week. The online chat makes it easy to communicate and hello blooms are so responsive and considerate.Highly recommend!

I am very disappointed in their service! We ordered Blooms with donuts and we only received the blooms! My Brother send me footage of the delivery person coming in with blooms and donut bag and then left only the blooms and picked up the donut bag after taking a picture first (deceiving) and then picking up the bag and left with it we have it all on video! I will not order something again and will also tell everyone i know to not support this company as you can't trust the service. You pay for a bundle and only get one thing. It was my Mum's Birthday gift and not to receive the donuts that I paid for is just so wrong and bad service! They should fire the driver as he steals from customers. I have send emails but haven't had a response from Hello Blooms and they also don't have a number on the website so I could phone them.

Have just received the flowers the tulips are not on display when holding them from the bottom and the wrapping paper is the only prominent feature. It’s actually quite difficult to notice any flowers at all given the wrapping paper covers the tulips and are not easily visible.Worst wrapping I have ever seen. This was meant to be graduation flowers. NOT ANYMORE.I can understand if the tulips are not fully bloomed but barely being able to see them from first glance is disappointing.They are acceptable if you want to put them in a vase for home display, NOT FOR GIFTING.

The little cutie bunch of flowers were beautiful presented in a white vase, with the golden heart shaped balloons as I requested, the BIG strawberry doughnut was perfectly packaged and the presentation was exactly how it was advertised.The delivery was perfect, the courier called me on arrival as I requested, this was the perfect birthday gift.Thank you guys so much! I’m so happy with the products and your services, definitely will use Hello Blooms again in the future.

As always another Beautiful Bouquet , Beautifully arranged, My Daughter loved them & The Doughnuts as an add on ,always go down a treat , have been using Hello Bloom now since my Daughter moved to Australia & wouldn't use any other florest ,always such a huge array of flowers & plants to choose from, & a wonderful selection of add on's such as Doughnuts, Candles, Balloon's, Crystals & many many more , I will continue to Use Hello Bloom & would highly recommend them & as My Daughter lives in Melbourne delivery is free , Delivery is fast & always keeps me up to date with tracking & then they send a picture of proof of delivery. Hello Blooms is my new go-to spot for flowers in Melbourne. I highly recommend Hello Blooms to everyone, especially those of us who are overseas and really need to be able to count on the florist delivering what they say they'll deliver, when they say they'll deliver it, at the agreed to price.Before ordering from Hello Blooms, I'd not had much luck with other florists, one time spending 85.00 for a bouquet, only for a single stem in the wrong colour to be delivered, with no refund or replacement offered. This type of thing sometimes seems to happen when you're outside of the country - as I am.Thank you, Hello Blooms, for providing such a wonderful service and quality product at a fair price.

Seamless ordering, great pricing, no delivery fee and the flowers were delivered as promised within the timeframe. A friend referred me to this Hello Blooms and I'm glad they did. The recipient was very happy.

I live in Thailand , so I want to surprise my boyfriend on who work in Melbourne right now. I am a bit disappointed of the flower that my boyfriend sent me a photo . But the delivery is excellent , on time and go to exactly right place.
