I Have been after a receipt since the 28 of March 2018 for a replacement battery under warranty I have spoken to Chris the Man with the American accent gave him my details 4 times over the phone with him telling me he is onto it right away I’m not sure if they are under staffed he is alway doing his best ,But All I want is a receipt for my battery I’ve been there a number of times I would like something to be done
