Orderd a family feast for $49 get all the way home and is missing the two large chips.. make sure u check your bag because this happens alot

Ordered KFC family burger boxChips had no seasoning and were coldPopcorn chicken over cookedAnd bacon that I added onto burger dry/over cooked.The staff were mucking around too much on a Friday night the busiest nights of the week.Overall think you guys can do better.

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars.. this place is filthy inside (bathrooms are horrible) and food is well below average.I have tried this place multiple times now hoping it will be different but today was the last straw.. after eating the food I feel extremely sick and like I want to throw up.. never again.How can you claim you have strict cleaning and hygiene procedures when the place looks like this... unacceptable.

Everytime half the meal is missing! I forgot to check this time & got home with 3 missing boxes of popcorn chicken & tenders, why is it so hard!

Once saw a cockroach the size of my palm walk into the kitchen like he was starting his shift, was unreal. Also toilets are insanely smelly and squeaky. The guy who served us said he had no receipt 0/10 mildly racist and very rude I regon

We walked in for a takeaway meal. I always feel hurried in there, not comfortable at all. The chicken was small and greasy. The days of having a reasonable sized chook are well and truly over. And, KFC is overpriced. I only go these days as my client is fond of chicken.

Got there and heaps of people still waiting for there orders to come through, a woman had to bring her food back and another woman gave her food to someone else due to terrible service. Two workers not even working and just talking to each other while the place was full of people, mostly required better service to you're customers.

Every time i order zinger box they don't have wings ...its an ongoing shortage . Coukd you guys please order enpugh wings. Giving popcorn chicken for wings is not nice.

Had a pos problem at KFC Mt Pleasant and they stuck a line of five cars in the drive thru for twenty minutes, only served one. No one could leave. Then they wouldn't serve anyone else. When we finally left (with no food) there were drivers shouting, giving the staff the finger, etc. No apology from staff.Then I went to KFC Northern Beaches drive thru to get food, was told original recipe would be ready in fifteen minutes, had a car come on behind, had to continue through the drive thru and wait in the car park. ONE HOUR AFTER I PULLED INTO THE DRIVE THRU - I FINALLY GOT FOOD.NEVER AGAIN.
