I highly recommend fit180, particularly if you are like me and struggle to find the motivation to exercise. I’ve never been one to enjoy a workout, but I can honestly say that I enjoy my workouts with Matt and Loz because of the energy they bring every day. The fact that I can bring my 1 year old is an added bonus as I don’t have to juggle child care. I love the variety (you won’t get bored!) and I feel safe knowing that Matt will gently guide me if I don’t have the correct form. 10/10 best gym in Newy.
