Had an AMEX voucher said could be used at Ampol stations taking Amex. Asked before filling up and attendant said ok with card then filled up and when husband went to pay said they had not heard about deal. They made no attempt to find out from Ampol just said they have not heard of it even though we had a printed offer.

I don't know who runs this store now but they are constantly out of stock of so many items all the time it is ridiculous.In the past month I think I've been able to grab what I need twice.At this point it's just better for me to make the extra 15 minute walk past this store to an On The Run, which are always in stock.

I just discovered that they don't provide rewards discount on petrol, so if you want that 4 cents off don't go to this petrol station

New look Ampol Station. Easy access with lots of drive in room for trucks and larger vehicles. Convenience store has all the essentials, they offer food and coffee too. Would recommend trying this petrol station out has a pleasant feel about it. Only one staff member so sometimes there is a wait for the fuel to be turned on or to be served.

Over priced and understaffed. Always a long wait. Usually only 1 person trying to do everything. They make enough with their severe price inflation you would think they could afford to hire more people

Saturday morning 4/2 10.45am. The guy who worked this morning needs to get taught correct customer service skills and about the everyday rewards system. After he had already put my petrol through to pay on the eftpos machine I asked to scan my rewards card. Because it was already up to pay on eftpos my petrol voucher didn't get put through. I questioned it and he said to me you don't get a petrol discount with everyday rewards only points. Its only a dollar or so but thats not the point as he was very rude and arrogant.

Been ripped off 3 times there now. I go in with my Woolworths Rewards Card, but when they scan my card, no discount happens. What is going on, is this deliberate????

Always get my coffee here since a year and a half. From mid November 2021 a new attendant was assigned in some night shift and he always shuts down the coffee machine at 9, and is really rude to customers, where the other service persons in other night shifts are more than amazing with us customers. He always says i close at 10 so at 9.30 everything is off ""

They close doors at 8.50 everyday but the website says it's open untill 10.00. such misleading information. I have seen 100 of customers go back without the purchase they wanna make. Business is loosing money just due to closing gates early. Should Abide by the rules for this.
