Grace is not only amazing at her profession, she is a great person. Having spent years playing competitive sport and seeing many massage therapists, she is comfortably the most skilled and effective that I have experienced. I won’t be going anywhere else and you won’t either.

During my stay in Adelaide I decided to have some time to myself. Time to reflect on my goals and future direction. My walks along the beach and the time to simply be was amazing. During my stay I booked in for a massage and a healing at Inner Serenity and Healing. I entered into a comforting and friendly environment where I felt instantly at peace and relaxed.The massage was amazing and I enjoyed the various techniques used to target the areas causing pain, tension and perhaps my undesired fortnightly migraines.The Reiki Healing took me away to a peaceful place in my mind… it not only felt dreamy, it also put my busy mind at ease.I highly recommend these treatments as I felt free and light for the first time in a long time.The 1:1 attention to the stress build up caused by months of busyness….melted away.
