Rudest staff member ever she had a shop full of people and just sat on her phone and was so rude when asking for help saying I don’t now look online and see if we have stock!!!! If I was her manager she would be sacked on the spot

Horrible customer service, not even a smile or hello. Didn’t even want to help. I wouldn’t want this person looking after my store or being the face of it definitely.
