The maintenance manager is never there on site and when he is, he has no idea how to give directions. Always a low budget so you need a magic wand for spare parts you are expected to work on your own and because of that there is no safety no buddy system in place considering how dangerous the place is, most people are nice to your face but there are way to many that don't know how to get a life that will knife you in the back over petty things…the place is very political, the money is very average and no overtime available only when it’s your turn to go on call for the weekend... they lied to me about the offer verbally to get me in, then when I got the letter of offer it was lower.Lunch room has a camera and you are being watched for if you go over your break time which I believe is illegal to spyThere is no half hour overlapping of shifts to do change over talks and walks with next shift fitter so you basically never get to clock out on time because you are doing change over talks in your own time so there is no give and take with this lot all they want is take.Everyone has told me the site manager has bipolar the place is controlled by someone who has bipolar PMSLWhatever they tell you in interview as to why they got rid of previous maintenance fitters it’s a different story from all the people that work there… defiantly 2 sides to every story lolWhat a waste of my time working there I put in 110% of my time and effort and got told and fed bull dust. I would not waste your time with this place.Extreme management expectations and requirements make work life balance impossibly avoid this company at all costsHappy to never work there again nothing good about this companyI only give it 1 star because there was nothing lower
