Mona Vale General Cemetery

Well maintained

I used to go the cemetery to do some weeding not reading as some people took it to be (hmm no matter how much enthusiasm I put into my reading I don't think it would be appreciated but weeding was)Unfortunately for me I had to give it up as my studies increased as well as work left little to no spare time.cemeteries are places to pay our respects to family and friends who have left us with memories and broken heartsIt's well maintained and Andrew is very helpful as is Nadine.The longest resident at Mona Vale is Percy ( I'm afraid I don't know his last name) but he has a little iron plated fence around his resting place as a sign of respect u say good morning to him when u arrive and bye when you leaveU don't need to say it out loud but everyone deserves dignity and grace even when they have long departed just as our departed loved ones carry a special places in our hearts

Love this place! I died in the summer of 2020 - covid got me, and this place was able to get me a burial spot at such short notice! The coffin has rotted a little but my family were always cheap-skates - regardless, the soil is of exquisite quality and it infested with the perfect amount of worms and bugs. My flesh is being consumed by them as I write this and i could not be more satisfied with the service and maintenance of my plot. 10/10 would die here again.
