I booked an appointment at Unique Bridal after some not so great experiences elsewhere. Charlene was amazing. She read the room and allowed my mum and I to just try on the dresses I picked out without being pushy like I'd found every other store to be. The dresses are beautiful and amazingly priced. Would highly recommend

Highly recommend. Such a beautiful collection of affordable dresses. Charlene provided a calm, no pressure environment. I ended up buying the most beautiful dress, the second one I tried on!

Charlene was absolutely amazing and she has created a welcoming, gorgeous and relaxing environment and it is a really personal experience as you and your entourage are the only one there. Charlene was really supportive and caring throughout the entire fitting making sure that I had tried on everything i wanted to and also suggesting some beautiful coices of her own. There was a large selection of gorgeous unique gowns for all budgets and occasions and I am very happy with the gown I chose. It was beautifully made, fit like a glove and was unique which is what I wanted. I would recommend Charlene if you are wanting to find something special and not what is on every other bride.

I’ve been to 5 bridal shops with my sister, all good experiences except this one. I walked in with my sister and no one approached us. We then introduced ourselves as my sister had emailed some designs to try on, trying on the designs she was told certain colours were better because of her skin tone, even though she was set on trying ivory. Also she was never assisted into any of the dresses, and then was told to watch the seams. This made her leave very self conscious and upset. I’ve been to 5 shops with her and many more for myself previously, all with great experiences. If I can give this one zero I would following this experience!In response to the below, it was definitely this shop, the appointment was 10th June 2022 at 2.30pm. I was avoiding leaving a bad review but the service really impacted the bridal dress shopping experience for my sister.

The dress I bought from Unique Bridal Collection was perfect! So comfortable and beautiful. I felt fortunate that I found a dress so quickly with minimum fuss. It looked great in the photos and I received a lot of compliments. Thanks Charlene and team!

Highly recommend Unique Bridal Collection! Angela was amazing in helping me find my dream dress and was able to alter it so it fit perfectly!!! The dress range is huge and the price range is so affordable for the wide range of dresses they have! Couldn’t recommend enough!

I would just like to thank Charlene for the beautiful dress we purchased from Unique Bridal. We had a little trouble initially when the first dress arrived way too large but after a phone call to Charlene this dress was sent back and within a few weeks the new dress arrived, beautifully made and an absolute perfect fit. We are extremely happy and have no problems recommending this company :)

Have bought my dress from Charlene and had an amazing experience! I initially messaged through Etsy and was delighted to find out there had a shop front for me to try on my dress before purchasing it! I was initially interested due to the reasonable pricing and then found a dress I absolutely fell in love with! She scheduled my appointment so quickly and was so great at my appointment and even arranged two appointments back to back for me and my friend so we could both try on dresses together both being newly engaged!I have also booked my alterations in store and arranging to collect my dress was so easy and organising future alterations was seamless! Couldn’t be happier and have recommended them to a few friends also!

Angela was amazing at assisting me to find the perfect wedding dress. I tried on the dress that I had found online, and although this is the dress I purchased, Angela encouraged me to try on other dresses to ensure this was ‘the one’. The shop has a beautiful sitting area for people to wait while you are trying on dresses. Lastly, I found them quite affordable and payment was easy and straightforward.
