Dymocks creates a great learning environment and all tutors have an outstanding knowledge of their subject. Rushvi and Stewart at the Parramatta hub are able to effectively teach the subject of maths and are always willing to help when needed.

Nice book shop,good selection, staff are friendly but ask alot of questions and they tend to freak me out a bit, but i understand they are just being friendly, overall its a nice place to buy books from

The service offered by Swetha was top notch.She let us know about the back to school voucher to be availed rather than us spending from our own pocket thus saving us significantly real dollars.This shows how much does she care for her customers.Thank you so much Swetha !!

wish I could give 0 stars because of one particular lady's customer service. she's an asian/indian and she was rude. she kept following me when i was browsing with my partner on my birthday. i felt really uncomfortable. my partner wanted to get a picture of me with the books im about to purchase and she kept disturbing us. she even tried to grab the books im holding. We didn't know it was illegal to take a photo inside a bookstore.

There are three teachers that I want to give a shout out to, Nitika, Sarah and Cal. These three teachers has allowed me to achieve my personal best by motivating me along my 2 year journey in Dymocks Tutoring.

Great service by Emily, who suggested we join the Dymocks rewards program. They had a large variety of kids books. Some were a little overpriced, but overall the bookstore was well organised and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Emma questioned why I didn’t have a mask on. In front of the whole store. I said I’m medically exempt and I’m under no mandate to show my exemption as that is my private health data. After arguing that I only would show the police she insisted that she could refuse me entry. I told her that this is not how we should be treating each other. I understood after hearing her side that she’s trying to protect her staff but they are wearing a mask so that’s up to them. I told her I would be taking this further as a formal complaint. I left there embarrassed overwhelmed by the confrontation and will take this further. I will also be calling the police. Emma was a nice lady and genuinely was doing it because of the fear factor around covid but I won’t put up with it. You guys just lost a customer

Rushvi and Stewart are great tutors, they make the difficult concepts sound much easier and are very helpful for schoolwork as well.
